    Hello, I see that RINFOL and RINFOU register maps to 64 RAM Groups. But there is only 32-Bit ALGO Register. How does 64-Bit of RINFOx Register maps to 32-Bit ALGO Register during PBIST Test? Any clue will help me to understand better. Thank you. Regards Pashan
