Hi Tony, Sorry for jumping in late. So you mean you are receiving all the messages with the right ID but all in the one mail box (0x5)? Is my understanding right ? If so would you be able to check what happens : 1. On transmit side when you interchange the message objects (0xA (configured...

Hi Tony, Nice to hear this news. I was trying to make a simplifed version of the code I had, so that you could try it out. Anyways. Hope you have a good time with your CAN software development. Do get back if you have further queries. :-) Regards, Pratip

Pahan, Yes the IFx Register contains a MsgLst field. Are you trying to configure the Message Object to transmit or to receive ? Regards, Pratip

Pashan, If you are trying to configure the message object as transmit you need not bother about MsgLst. If the message object is configured to receive, the MSGLst is a read only flag . Regards, Pratip

Pashan, The MsgLst Bit may not automatically reset. You may try writing a 1 to clear it in privilege mode. Regards, Pratip

    Pratip Kumar Pratip Kumar
Gregor, Yes, SW stands for software. The SWR bit that you are refering to here, is meant to be used to configure or reconfigure the CAN. (Say to change baudrate or to change mailbox settings quickly) -Pratip

Hi, everyone, We’ve met a problem in TMS570 CAN bit rate calculation, could you help me to check it? Thanks! As we all know, the Prop_Seg, which is part of the bit time, depends on the delay of driver ,the delay of the receive circuit and the delay of driver line. In my opinion, the delay...
