The link for SLAA517 (at the bottom of the "MSP430 Collateral for Electricity Metering" table) is, indeed, broken.
But there are several other watt-hour meter design App Notes there - what is the specific feature that's special to SLAA517 ?

Also since the MSP430F67xx has been released recently TI might have covered some specific parts in a more detailed manner. I intend to use a MSP430F67xx for a product design. It would be great to get the application note related to that specific MCU.
