CCS/MSP430F5324: Modbus Baudrate
Part Number: MSP430FR2155
Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I am working on MSP430FR2155 microcontroller, In that I am using MODBUS RTU. In my controller I am using Uart to communicate with MODBUS, but in that I am not getting proper responses. I am checking the result on Modscan32, Valid slave responses are lesser then Number of Polls. How can I overcome this problem, Please suggest?
MODBUS RTU is Application Layer Protocol based on UART
On the usage of UART on MSP430FR2155 microcontroller, please refer to the code example of FR2155: www.ti.com/.../slac740
On MODBUS implement on MSP430, please refer to the previous E2E discussion: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/t/191447?Modbus-MSP430-communication-strange-response

Thanks for reply,
Actually I am working on 2 timer interruts. One is used for MODBUS with ACLK clock and 400 timercount and other on 8MHZ with 5000 count. So I am not getting is there any clash happening in it or any other reason in between these two timers. please help.
In reply to Sandhya Yadav:
Do you suspect that the 8MHz Timer interrupt conflicts with the ACLK interrupt, causing no proper responses in the MODBUD message?
You can turn off the 8MHz timer interrupt and test again.
