I need to use a light dependent resistor (LDR) to measure the brightness, and then, use msp430 to control the back light of the LCD.
However, the resistance as function illumination of the LDR is not linear. The curve of the resistance vs illumination flux shows a logarithmic function.
So, what methods can i use to linearise this logarithmic curve?
I am going to use the integrated AD converters of msp430 to perform AD conversion.
