I don't know about you all guys but 100k points seem to me like a bit of a landmark. Anyone who's posted that much deserves a bit of a recognition but Jens has posted that much stuff that's actually RELEVANT!! Don't you think that's amazing?
I hope he celebrated the 100k point day.
I think that all of us who have received help from him should chip in and get him a bottle of blue label at least-- that's if he drinks whiskey of course. :)
I did not notice, but that is amazing. JMG has helped me numerous times. He is a huge asset to this list.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

Yeah, I want to add my personal thanks to a guy that's really over the top!
Thanks for all your kind words. It's always a pleasure to see your efforts appreciated :)
Well, someone did notice and I guess this Blog post was delayed until I also crossed the 100k border. Well, I don't think I'll stop now. :)
And yes, I do drink Whisky form time to time, but I prefer single-Malt Scotch or Irish Whisky, like Glenfiddich 21J Gran Reserva Rum Cask Finish or Glenmorangie Signet, even though JW blue label is really good for a blend. But I definitely wouldn't reject a Blue Label 200th Anniversary Cask Strength :) (I doubt there is one left on the market)
Time to say goodbye - I don't have the time anymore to read and answer forum posts. See my bio for details. Before posting bug reports or ask for help, do at least quick scan over this article. kazola I have to control a garage door working at 433MHz RF with a MSP430, please give me the final code.
However, before we "made the switch" to MSP, this kind of application was indeed what I was working on.
Jens-Michael Gross, I've found your well constructed posts incredibly useful. Your contribution is inspirational. Thanks for the help you provide me with. Even though you frequently respond to my threads, more often than not, I am making use of the undetected benefit of finding an answer from an already existing forum thread that you've contributed to. This really amplifies the multiplying effect of the forums where you can help for one, and solve for all. Congratulations on being the first person to hit the 100,000 point milestone!
In reply to Jason Work:
I second, third, fourth, etc. everything that has been said in this thread and the many others that are thanking you for your contributions to our forum.
Everytime that I am helping someone and you bring your expertise to the table, I always learn something new.
Cannot thank you enough.
In reply to Austin Miller:

Just wanted to add my voice to the legions and thank you for participating and sharing your knowledge with all of us here. Members like you are what make the E2E forums such a great resource. I wish we could clone you in some of the other product forums!
Congratulations and thanks again,
