development of a pulse oximeter using MSP430FG439 microcontroller
my aim is to calculate oxygen saturation and heart rate.im using MSP430FG439 80-pin target board,which consists of pulse oximeter driver circuit and amplifier circuit.It has MSP430FET USB debugger with JTAG connector and USB port in target board.my doubt is how to interface spo2 sensor??that board consists of only JTAG and USB Port.

ya ...bt my kit is specially designed for pulse oximeter..
So why didn't you design it (or get it designed) with the necessary connections for the sensor that you intend to use?!
How can anyone answer questions about a "special design" without full details of that design?!
i dint design its designed earlier by my college lab assistants....none of the students did project in tat particular kit..im trying to do bt i hav so many difficulties while debugging...i tried sample program ...output file(.out file) is generated bt stil i couldn't download the program...
initially i tried with the sample codes... after generating .out file also stil i couldn't download the program because of some debugging problems...
pls check out the attachment....
and my other doubt is how to interface the sensor???
