Couldn't find any connected USB FETs when using MSP430 Flasher v1.3!

Hi,

I am a newbie and trying to upload hello-world.hex to my MSP-EXP430F5438 by using MSP430 Flasher v.1.3. However, I have been seeing the below errors and heading nowhere:

Jumper configuration:

JP1, JP3, JP5, JP4(pins 1-4) connected

I have tried Power Switch on USB, FET

Please help me out!!
