lets try remove C94 and C95 capacitors

The XT1 oscillator supports ultralow-current consumption using
a 32,768 Hz watch crystal in low-frequency(LF) mode (XTS=0).
A watch crystal connects to XIN and XOUT without any other external components.
The software-selectable XCAP bits configure the internally provided
load capacitance for the XT1 crystal in LF mode.
This capacitance can be selected as 2pF, 6pF,9pF, or 12 pF (typical).
Additional external capacitors can be added if necessary

In case of " some oscillators does not work" problems first thing you shall read: chapter "5.2 Soldering and Contact Impedance". Or just clean PCB using proper solutions and tools, check results.
