I don't see any of these translator in DIP package too... I suppose it is better to buy in sot23 or sc70 and mount over a DIP adaptor.
This if I2C or open drain level translator if buffer level translator then this one can suit too:

Again and forever requester miss up a lot of necessary information.
thanks for all ... i am clarify my doubt : one device operate on 3.6V(SDL and SCL line voltege 3.6) another device operate on 5 V (SCL and SDL line voltage 5v) so I am using voltage level shifter (TXB0108 from texas ) for i2c communication..but when I apply pulse of 2 micro second period at the input of voltage level shifter (3.6 V pulse with microsecond period ) and but i am getting out put 2.4 V pulse with 2 microsecond period instead of 5 volts with 2 microsecond delay .please help one why it showing 2.4 V instead of 5 V in CRO
Using SM package txb0108
1> Pin 1 (A1) used for input ..I applied pulse of 2 microsecond delay from msp430 controller to this pin
2> Pin2 (A2) used as verf A applied 3.6v from msp430
3>pin6 (OE) output enable pin connected to verf A
3>pin20 (B1) used as out put ( measure the level shifter signal ( here showing 2.4 instead of 5v?))
4>pin19 (verfB) applied 5v from usb
5>pin11 used as ground
