Multiple LaunchPads and command-line tool msp430flasher with -i switch addressing each individual launchpad. Refer to Wiki page and tool documentation

You can made your own (software / hardware), customized for your needs, as I did  http://forum.43oh.com/topic/2972-sbw-msp430f550x-based-programmer/

You can also customize PC side of TI open source BSL/JTAG/SBW flasher to process more LP's in parallel.
