then you can consider to use CC3100 for the Wi-Fi interface, and maybe the CC254x (BLE) or CC256x (Classic/dual mode) as the Bluetooth interface.

Sounds like you are looking for networking SoC. Check offerings from Qualcomm, Marvel, Broadcomm and others

Sound like a very ambitious product that if you don't even know what mcu your are looking for
may be to much for a beginner.

Based on your description, it looks like a TM4C129x with a CC3100 plus a CC2564 will do the work.

There is no need to have everything in the microcontroller. In fact, almost nothing of it is required to be built-in.
If the MCU has serial or SPI, it can access an separate network controller (like the ENC28J60) or SD card (serial mode). With UART, WiFi and BlueTooth can be added.
Matrix LCDs can be attached through SPI, I2C or I/O pins (the MSP430F4x or 6x families have a controller for glass LCD with up to 160 segments).

The only thing you can’t do with the MSPs is being an USB host. The MSPs with internal USB controller can’t be host and don’t have a hub. OTG could be possible, but I’m not sure.

Don’t forget that on an MCU that has all those gadgets, you’ll either have an MCU that is as big as a cow, with gazillions of pins, or you can’t use all of these peripherals at the same time. Not to mention the layout problems when you have to route the HF stuff without interfering each other.
