Hi,

Thank you for the link. but my problem and make remote update on the flash.
So my problem for the receiving part, I used the cc430f5137 MCU.

Hi,

the Chronos watch is based on CC430F6137 which has the same RF and Flash module as the CC430F5137 you are using. The wireless demo shows that basically using a software PC and a USB dongle with RF transceiver, you can update the flash content of the CC430F6136. So this matches what you are looking for.
