FRAM as run-time RAM space

Hello,

For the MSP430FR5739 I am wanting to use FRAM as the run-time RAM space. The idea would be to use FRAM space for a serial byte buffer array. The write and read times for FRAM are fast enough to be reasonable for this application, and the read/write cycles spec'ed (10 trillon) should be enough that this memory would never hit that number. Have you seen anyone use the FRAM like this before?

This should allow you to place variables into FRAM...

This works fine. No problem at all. I'm using an FRAM controller, too and have an UART byte buffer of 3k (please do not ask why it has to be that size, it has to...). This buffer is in FRAM, the SRAM is only 2k.
