Didn't receive item MSP-EXP430G2 of order number : 439188

While this is the MSP430 support forum, this is technical support for the MSP430 product line, and most people here are not TI employees at all.
If you have problems with the TI eStore, you should contact the store support, as the problem is not a technical problem with the product.
If something you ordered can't be delivered, you should have gotten a notification mail. It's also possible that different parts of your order are shipped form different locations, so your order was split.
The 'partial payment captured' means that only the part for the shipped items is claimed. If for some reason the remaining parts can't be shipped to you, you'll get a refund for the remaining payment.
However, all this should be discussed with the store support and not in the public technical support forum, even if both have a 'TI label' on.

I would like to appreciate Katie and Jens-Michael for guide about posting to estore. Your suggestions accepted and acknowledged. As I mentioned earlier I already send number of emails about this issue and didn't get any satisfactory reply. Unfortunately estore does not have any public support forum relates with sales.

Sales issues are best handled one-by-one and not in a public forum. In the past, I was very satisfied with the way my issues (if any) were handled by the team. I'm sorry that your experience was different so far. But keep patience. Some questions can't be answered immediately, bu usually, you're getting a notice once progress is made.
