Run option in CCSv4 is not enable in our systems... How to enable that run and load program options

By loading or creating a valid project, select it in the left ‘Project Explorer’ and click ‘Run\Debug’ or press F11.

You should seriously consider CCS5 or CCS6 - I found that both were much better to work with than CCS4.

Todd, you are absolutely right, but be careful with such advice. He probably found an old EVM with an old CD with an old version of CCS and an old project on it. When upgrading CCS the old project will not be compatible and he will run into more problems. First things first!
