I know that finding those connectors can be PITA!

Thank you. I did more reading in the data sheet and found the part numbers from Mill-Max.
Header: 850-10-006-20-001000
Socket: 851-93-006-20-001000

They offered some samples so I will try some samples first. Thank you for your help. The place in Germany may be an option if this doesn't work.

I think there will be other suppliers located in the area you are :-) But searching for it sometimes really is horrible.

 Mouser, Digikey and Element 14 (Farnell), also RS-components has in stock, just trouble is the correct key but parametric 1.27 pitch or 50mils pitch get a lot of result.
