Hi,

I'm using IAR and CC430F5137. My Program stopped during function ReceiveOn(); I know that I have problem in: ReceiverOn()-> Strobe(RF_SRX)-> ReadSingleReg-> while (!(RF1AIFCTL1 & RFDOUTIFG) );

while is always executed! Any suggestion?

From this little part of code you can only say that RFDOUTIFG never becomes set.

A suggestion for identifying the reason: post the code that leads to this point. Else there are gazillions of possible reasons, like RF module not enabled, configured wrongly, other prerequisites for this interrupt not met. All plain guessing if nobody knows how you got there.
