Well.. you shall tell what did you find anyway. Otherwise it does not look that you put any effort into finding something at all.

Output impedance of PWM pins: look for "Typical Characteristics – Outputs, Full Drive Strength (PxDS.y = 1)". If you know current handling capabilities, you know output impedance too.

ADC Input impedance: you better just read "ADC sample timing considerations" chapter of chip User's Guide.

In that case, would this calculation be correct? The datasheet states a voltage drop of up to 0.6V at 15mA. R = V / I = 0.6V / 15mA = 40 Ohms. However if I repeat that calculation for the 0.25V drop at 5mA we get 50 Ohms.

To clarify: the general purpose I/O registers and the digital module functions use the very same digital I/O drivers, so the values given in the datasheet for GPIO do also apply to PWM or UART output signals.
Only analog input or output (including XTAL usage) has independent characteristics.
