My MSP-FET Flash Emulation Tool works well with 4 wire JTAG but it fails to use Spy-Bi-Wire and reports "Error connecting to the target: unknown device". At the moment I am working with MSP430G2553 and for programming I use MSP-EXP430G2 LaunchPad so I think that there is no problem with code or CCS settings. Same happens with both CCSv6 and CCSv5. FET-Pro430 Elprotronic software shows that current MSP-FET firmware is 1.00.00.000. I tried to update it but once I try to flash code via CCS it asks me to upgrade firmware back to 1.00.00.000. External power supply for my board doesn't help either.
