MSP430FR5739 FRAM experimenters board

Hello,

         I have a MSP430FR5739 board and My pre-programmed demos are not working. so do i upgrade my firmware or what? also CCS shows that " Error connecting to the target: Could not find device (or device not supported)"  what will i do to solve this error?

    Hi,

    I'm assuming that you already looked at sections 1.4, 1.5 and 2.1 of the MSP-EXP430FR5739 FRAM Experimenter Board UG (www.ti.com/.../slau343b.pdf) and you did not have any luck, am I correct?? And that's probably why you tried downloading a new firmware into the FR5739

    Which version of CCS and exp board are you using??

     Hi before to upgrade try solve possible driver issue.

     I suppose you are using Win so try open device manager and see if board is listed as unknown or is identified as MSP430, every case try uninstall driver then unplug board and do reinstall driver when reinserted. If still doesn't work some files are needed to point where problem is.
