Hello

i have MSP-EXP430F5438 board which have IC MSP430F5436 on board. i want to utilize this board for MSP micro controller programming.

i have download software and the user guide for that ,but the snapshot and the schematics of this board is different in that document. And have contrast with physical board.

Will you provide me link for true schematic for this Board. i have checked already G,H and I revision of user guide but can't help.

     Is it possible to get us a picture of the board (both sides)?? Or what is the board revision??

    According to your screenshot ,on my board 

    MSP-EXP430F5438

    PCB REV 0-02 - AD/MS

    i have also referred below link and its user guide

    on that PDF ,also have section

    3.2.1 Example Software for Older Devices The current version of the example software does not support MSP430F5438 non-A devices or MSP-EXP430F5438 Rev 0-02 boards. For users of these devices, an older version of the example software is included in a folder called "EXP430F5438 non-A or HW Rev0-02 Legacy Example Software" in the associated ZIP archive MSP-EXP430F5438(A) Example Software (SLAC227). However, this software does not feature all of the applications of the current User Experience software and is not being maintained any longer.

    But there is no such folder in that ZIP file.

    i know software for old revision is not well maintained ,but i just require a true one design file.

    What i want is proper schematics for this revision.

    I was able to find an older version of the UM and the non A Example SW. Please find them attached to this post.

    Thanks for your efforts ,But this still not match ,means this is not the schematics of my board.

    i can provide more hints to help you .

    In board schematics ,there must be connection to p8.1 and p8.2 with LCD_RST and LCD_CS ,and also pin number 15 is open. i am quite sure.

    if you can find the right one Document then it will minimize my efforts.

    I reviewed the first version of this document and LCD_RDT and LCD_CS have been always been connected to P9.7 and P9.6 respectively.

    Could please take a couple of pictures of the board and post them here, maybe there is another version that I'm not aware.
