DC wise, they are connected. HF AC wise, they are isolated from eachother.

OCY, could you explain the second sentence concerning the HF AC (dis)connection?

I think as follows.
The pin of DVCC1 (pin 25), DVCC2 (pin 64), and and DVCC3 (pin 89) has assigned three pins, in order to improve the current distribution of digital VSS of DIE.

Is this right?
