I am new to MSP430.
I have red data sheet and user guide but I am still lost in theories. All these define features of Board or micocontroller. Is there any guide for programming from scratch ?
From blinking led on board to some few more codes to for learning programming ?
I am interested in using different energy modes of MSP430.
Kindly reference any material or codes etc

Aside from Pablo's link you should have a look at the code examples TI provides for every processor. For the F5529 they are located here:
These are small programs explaining the usage of the different modules. Once you are familiar with them, you can put them together for a bigger, more serious program. Blinking the LED should also be included :)
