Unable to enable Ultra Low Power debugging / LPMx.5 debug

I am using CCS 6.1.0 and MSP-EXP430F5529LP. I want to use Energy Trace. When I check Prokect>properties > Debug > MSP430 Properties . Here I am not able to check ""enable Ultra low power debug / LPMx.5 debug".

Is there any solution ?

Can you make a screenshot of it? Is the checkbox not there, or ist it just greyed out or how is it looking?

But just from the notation - isn't LPM4.5 covered by LPMX.5?

yes Its my mistake. It covered. But It works with MSP430FR5969.
