Can I use Energy Trace with MSP430F5529LP Rev 1.5 and eZ-FET lite Emulator ?

When I try to use it on CCS 6.1 it does not give me any output.

No, because there is no hardware part on MSP430F5529LP related to Energy Trace support.

does ex-FET lite not support Energy race ?

For example, FR5969 LP support Energy Trace, and you can check on schematic / board picture difference related to eZ-FET Lite on 5529 LP. AFAIK, on boards that support Energy Trace you will find note about this (eZ-FET Rev X.Y with Energy Trace).
