Why can not debug my target board?

I have a MSP-EXP430G2.

Use the MSP-EXP430G2, I want to debug my target board.

Perfectly, I checked that external debugging setting of MSP-EXP430G2.

And, I have been could debug another target board.

I guess that this target board has wrong.

Please verify the below schematic.

    Moris,

    100nF at the RESET line is quite large. This could be a problem. Try if it works with a lower value like 2n2. If you do not have one for testing, you can also remove it completely and test your setup without it.
