MSP430F6779 SD24 wrong count w.r.t. applied voltage

hi,

I use MSP430F6779, I have apply 930mV at channel 1 and see the count value = 22120 ( I use OSR = 400, Gain =1 and read only Higher bytes (16-bits)))

So as per equations given in user guide. It should be around 31000 count.

Any one has idea?

You don't tell about reference used, it's votlage. Also what about signal source impedance?

I used internal reference.

for signal source, I made it using voltage divider circuit whose input is 5 VDC.

Also, 930 mV was measured at v+, v- pin of MSP430.
