Hi, I need the thermal resistance for MSP430AFE253IPWR, which is not shown in Datasheet.

ex: Theta JA , Theta JC, Theta JB, Psi JT, Psi JB, Rth(℃/W) , Power Dissipation (Watt) , Tj Max.

Would you help to provide it?

It might be a while yet to get the information into the datasheet, but this is what I have found thus far
Theta JA 76.4
Theta JC(top) 21.1
Theta JB 31.2
Psi JB 31.0
Psi JT 1.0

Hi Champs,

My customer is asking MSP430AFE253IPWR maximum junction temperature. I check other link which talked about how to calculate the real junction temperature. However, customer needs the maximum junction temp.

I checked MSP430i2040 datasheet which list maximum junction is 115°C. Do we have the TJ,MAX for MSP430AFE253?
