what is the circuit diagram of interface between MSP430F5529 and ADS1298 ??

The interface is SPI, isn't it?

For a simple connection, you should connect SPI pins:

(slave) (master)
ADS side MSP side
SDO -> SDI (MISO)
SDI -> SDO (MOSI)
SCK -> SCK

for faster data acquisition I recomend you to use DRDY pin connected to a interrupt capable input.

For the other logical pins you must check in datasheet to pull them high or low .

What exactly are you waiting for? Eduardo already gave you the explanation of the major connections you have to do. Select one of the four USCI modules of the MSP430F5529 (each supports SPI) and connect your ADS1298 to it. For example use UCA0SIMO at P3.3, UCA0SOMI at P3.4, UCA0CLK at P2.7 and any GPIO line for CS. And DRDY to any GPIO that is interrupt capable, for example (but not necessarily needed).

Keep in mind, that the data is captured on the falling edge of CLK, not the rising.

From the circuit diagram to being able to get the result you want is a long and costly process.

* get the circuit diagram

* review it and make necessary alterations to fit your needs

* generate a PCB layout according to the final circuit diagram

* fabricate the blank PCB

* purchase all the component needed for the PCB and load the components

* write software/firmware for the MSP430F5520 to perform the task of producing the display you want

* compile/link/debug what you wrote

The above is just an outline, more or less, of what you need to do.  Are you prepared to go through all these?
