Hello,
Is there a way to configure MSP430G3203 to use slow clock 32-kHz based without crystal, based on internal counters (while going to LPM3).
In we are looking for a low cost + low power solution.
Regards.

Hi Avi!
I guess you mean the MSP430G2302 processor? If you do not want to use an external crystal, then you could use the internal VLO oscillator which runs at about 12 kHz typical. The lowest DCO setting will still result in > 60 kHz clock.

Thank you, it was a typo I've fixed talking about msp430g3203.
Is there a way to avoid the extra cost for the external crystal?
Is there a clock that doesn't go to sleep in LPM3 that I don't know about that can be used to count slow events or wake up after 2 seconds?
