As the target board of MSP430F5419IPZ, do you MSP-TS430PZ5x100 will be used?
MSP430F5419IPZ and MSP430F5438IPZ are package, pin assignment because it is both the same.

    Yes, you should use the same target board for for the MSP430F5438 and MSP430F5419.

    Just as a point of clarification, do you have the A or non-A version of this device? The MSP430F5419IPZ is the 100pin QFP version of the F5419 non-A device. The A version of the device would be the MSP430F5419AIPZ. The non-A version is not recommended for new designs, and we recommend the A version for all new designs.
