been around coding then it shut off .. something pop out like "over power thingy" but i plugged it on my laptop.. i need help. i dont know what to do then when i complie " error 35 " come out.

Maybe you shorted out something on the board which caused more current consumption than the USB port is able to provide. Did you test it on another PC?

Most likely you are using a cross compiler (as oppose to a native compiler). You do not need msp430f5529 to run the compiler at all. Over power (or even no power) on that MSP chip shouldn't mater at all.
