The datasheet should list the input resistance of the SD24 module.

Engineers who do not represent TI (like me), cannot comment about ADC specs which are not in the datasheet. I recall TI answering to such kind of questions: particular ADC is aimed at energy meters. If specs are not in the datasheet of SD24 - then you shall consider to use external ADC which have specs you are looking for.
