Error connecting to the target:(Error -1063 @ 0x0) - MSP432P401R

Hi, I am using the Texas Instruments XDS110 USB Debug Probe with CCS Version: 6.1.3.00033 , and when I try to debug the MSP432P401R I get this issue:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1063 @ 0x0)
Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and debug probe configuration is correct, or update device driver.
(Emulation package 6.0.222.0)

I have tried the factory reset and other options by changing to debug configurations to default settings but the problem didnot resolve.Everytime i am trying to start debug session its showing the same error.Can anyone help me regarding the same to resolve the issue.
