I think the minimum frequency of the CPU is 0, that is, no clock. Is it correct ?
It would be possible if a function generator feeds clock pulses into XT1 pin.
(I'm aware of its clock tree on the slau445, p114)
My customer wanted to make sure this before we try to optimize the Clock System (CS) registers.
