where can I find related datasheet for RF430F5175? My customer is requesting for that. and by the way, I cannot enter this part number in the part number field when I create this thread. I hope I can still get response from the team, please.

According to a statement from Maximilian Albrecht, the documentation about the RF430F51xx family is (or was in 2015) confidential. Maybe contact him directly - you're from TI as well, so this should be easier for you.
