I locked CPU on the FR2311 launchpad by programming JTAG signature other than 0h or 0FFFFFFFFh. I know a BSL password. Is there any software for windows or linux OS for unlocking my launchpad using on-board emulator? How to erase all memory of CPU on my launchpad? (i know, that is possible using BSL, but don't know, which software can do this)

The on-board eZ-FET only includes SBW connections, not BSL, so you will have to use a MSP-FET or MSP430-BSL tool and the BSL-SCRIPTER application to send an incorrect password (erases all device memory) or send the correct password followed by a mass erase command. The necessary connections are provided in Table 6-4 or 6-5 of the Datasheet.

I guess that you can unlock your device by SBW / JTAG mailbox boot code (User Code Erase 0x1A1A). It can be done with eZ-FET Lite and MSP430-Flasher (msp430flasher.exe -e ERASE_USER_CODE).
