MSP430F6459: Crystal PLL Type

Hi,

I'm new to MSP430 Microcontroller,

I'm planning to use MSP430F6459 Microcontroller it has 32KHz or 20MHz options. I've some doubts regarding Crystal.

For Higher Frequency Crystal (20MHz) it may effect in EMI/EMC test  chamber due to higher frequency.

Low frequency Crystal is to minimise the current consumption and EMI. But I don't know how to use it

Is MSP430F6459 have inbuilt PLL or How to connect external PLL type.

Note : This is a Avionic Project
