Part Number: MSP-EXP432P401R
The Micro-USB Cable included with my MSP432P401R Launchpad Development kit is only intermittently functional. It only works if I stretch it out before connecting it to the board and my computer, otherwise Windows doesn't recognise the device.
I emailed TI Customer Support and received this response:
"The forum is where the product group is located, which may be able to arrange shipment of a USB cable. TI has no product number for a single USB cable, therefore the TI store would not be capable of placing an order or shipping a single USB cable."
I am therefore attempting to get into contact with the Product Group in order to request shipment of a replacement Micro-USB Cable, since the one that was included in my hardware was shipped with problems.
