Hi Team,
I can't assign ethernet pins of MSP432E401Y when I using TI pinmux tool.
I think it's kind of a bug. Could you check this?

Ted

Hi Sai,
it seems like Ethernet pins are not dedicated pins.
here is the pinmux tool result when I assigned 1 CAN and 1 EPI.
and then I followed datasheet to assign Ethernet pins.
As you can see, some pins are GPIOs(53,54,56,57,59,116,43,46). and I have a conflict on pin 59.
I think PinMux tool should handle these Ethernet pins.

Hi Sai,
I tried to use CAN+EPI+Ethernet with 128pin device.
the pin 59 can be also EPI0S24 when I using pinmux.
However, As I confirmed datasheet, it's dedicated ethernet pin.
pin 60 should be an EPI0S24 but something is wrong with pinmux..
I should tell the customer not to use pinmux and use datasheet to assign a pin.
Hi.
Sorry to intrude on this issue, but I have just faced exactly the same one with our design here.
The Web based and Download based PINMUX tools behave differently! The downloaded Version: 4.0.1512 (under Linux) allows you to add the Ethernet module, and then allows you to select which pins are used for the LEDs and PPS. The Web based one does not.
