Hi TI Team,

We are planning to integrate this chip in our IOT project.

How to flash the firmware to the chip when it is already integrated in the pcb board?

Add a debug connector to the JTAG pins, if you don't want a connector you can work something out with pogo-pins.

Hello Walter,

As Keith mentioned, you could add a connector for the JTAG pins. You would then use the MSP-FET to program the device.

You could also use the SPY-Bi-Wire interface for a smaller footprint. This just requires 2 pins(RST, TEST) and power and ground.

Last you can use BSL to program the device. Details of the BSL can be found below.

JTAG or SPY-Bi-Wire are probably the least complicated to implement.
