how can i reduce my current consumption while switching from LPM3 Mode to Active mode
in LPM3 mode my current consumption is 3microAmpere..
in ACTIVE mode my current consumption is 4 miliAmpere..

Yes, when the device is waken up from LPM mode, the clocks will toggle and the device will respond to the wake up event, this will consume some current, you can find the active mode current data (for reference) in the device data sheet.
