EVM430-FR6043: configuration update failed

I want to use the EVM430-FR6043 for Gas flow , and I didn't do any changes to the jumpers or pins or example code. When I try to do 'Request Update , I get the message 'Configuration update failed',shown in the picture blow , how can I fix it

Can you please update the firmware? There have been some updates to the GUI that may not be compatible with older firmware. The Gas Demo Application is what should be loaded to the board for interfacing with the GUI. It can be found below. Let me know if that fixes your issue.
