Dear TI‘s ’FAE

1. Under the normal temperature environment, found that different MCU, ADC1 to read value is different, also found that every time read values are different.
Our project schematic diagram the following attachments,
2, under the environment of low temperature - 40 degrees, there are differences between the test AD test and room temperature condition.

Above problem please help me to provide the solution

Hello,

Can you describe what you mean in #1? What is standard temperature and what do you mean different MCU ADC read differently?

As for #2, can you describe the behavior you are seeing at extremely low temperatures?

There is some temperature coefficient in the ADC voltage reference Tref in section 5.25 of the user's guide. Maybe there is drift in the reference that is explaining issues you are seeing at extremely low temperatures.
