MSP430FR2422: Data retention for FRAM memory with respect to negative temperature

Genius 5320 points
Part Number: MSP430FR2422

Hi experts,

Please tell me about the data sheet "5.11.9 FRAM" for MSP430FR2422.
MSP430FR2422 Mixed-Signal Microcontroller datasheet

Q1:Is it correct to assume that data retention is guaranteed for at least 100 years at temperatures below 25°C?

Q2:Is it correct to assume that data retention is guaranteed for at least 40 years in the case of 50°C?
(Or should I think of it as between 40~100 years?)

My customers expect to be able to guarantee 10~15 years of data retention in an environment of -10°C to 50°C.

Best Regards,
O.H

Yes. Your understanding is correct. But please note the retention FRAM is 100 years without read and write. For read and write, it is 10^15 cycles.

I think your understanding for 50C retention duration is correct.

    Thanks,
