Everything you need is on the CD that came with the kit.  If you do not have the CD, it is downloadable at http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/eks-lm3s6965-cd.html

It has the READMeFirst and Quick Start documents to get your board up and running in 10 minutes.  It also has the fully working example code,  that is part of the Stellarisware download.

Here's an alternative link: (provides the entire LM3S6965 MCU and Kit listings on a single page)

      http://www.ti.com/tool/eki-lm3s6965

Do note that while kits appear to differ: (i.e. IAR, Keil, Code Red, CCS versions - the eval board hardware remains unchanged!  Only the software which supports the chosen IDE changes.  This enables you to try different IDEs - moving smoothly from one to another without having any hardware restriction.  (a very good idea)

I searched and found this link moments ago - should be good...
