I have posted a new version of the Driver Library as well as an updated version of the FTDI interface DLL for the Keil tools. Check the 'Software Updates' section of the website.

What about Keil supplementary installer? In the CD1.01 it is missing...

The 3.03 build of the Keil tools on the 1.01 CD includes the FTDI DLL, so the supplemental installer is no longer needed.

OK, and what about periferal simulation in Keil? I read Luminary makes their own .cdb...

We haven't created our own .cdb files, but Keil is working on getting peripheral simulation working for our devices. I can't give any information on time frame or coverage (since I don't know), but they are working on it.
