**ERROR**: Unable to restart the core!
I have a board where I can erase and program the LM3S9B90 Rev. C1, but right after that I get the error in the title.
Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,by definition, not smart enough to debug it. -- Brian Kernighan
Due to the reset patch that is required for pre-release C1 silicon, customers should not execute a mass erase of the memory. Please see the errata for rev C1 devices here:

Parts that have been fully erased will need to be replaced with C3 silicon.
