I have a board where I can erase and program the LM3S9B90 Rev. C1, but right after that I get the error in the title.
Does anybody know what the problem could be?
Any help appreciated.

Due to the reset patch that is required for pre-release C1 silicon, customers should not execute a mass erase of the memory. Please see the errata for rev C1 devices here:

Parts that have been fully erased will need to be replaced with C3 silicon.
