On You Tube, you can search for Texas Instruments, Arm Cortex M3, and Arm Cortex M4 there is lots of additional material.

I have had a look at the lecture series they do seem good for people starting out. They start at the beginning and work you through examples -- based on TU chips.
If you do not have a PowerPoint Viewer -- the Open office series will work as well.
